ThoughtWeFriends does not accept returns or refunds unless an item is damaged or defective.
To start a return, you can contact us at contact@thoughtwefriends.com.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Keep in mind if there can be variable fees like custom or taxes that you need to pay.
